Shipping or delivering the wool

You can sent your wool to our mill using any known parcel service, or you can make an appointment and deliver the wool directly to the mill.

 

When sending the wool, make sure that the wool is packed properly, so the packing does not break during transport.

 

Remember to enclose a letter with all relevant information as to sender, what you wish from your wool, etc.

 

It normally takes about 3 months before the wool is processed and ready to be returned.

 

Normally we will return the wool/yarn using cheapest possible parcel service, or costumers can collect the wool direct from the mill.

 

Terms of payment are always cash against documents.

 

When you wish the goods sent to your adress, we insist on payment to our bank account before sending the goods.
